Holy Cross Has Immediate Need for Therapists

As the demand for addiction services continues to increase throughout Michigan, Holy Cross Services is ramping up its team of therapists in several communities.

The organization is looking for 10 therapists in behavioral health and children services. Four of those positions are in Flint, three are in Saginaw and one in Bay City. There is also a need for a Family Worker Therapist in Saginaw and a Children’s Program Coordinator Therapist in Bay City.Behavioral Health Therapists are needed to ensure clinical services are being delivered to clients receiving Substance Use Disorder services. Family workers for our child welfare programs are also needed.

Therapists will conduct individual, group, and family therapy. Therapists will develop treatment plans, and conduct assessments with the clients, and submit all documentation in a timely manner. Therapists need to be limited or fully licensed Professional Counselors, or limited or fully licensed Social Workers. Those working with Substance Use Disorder services need to have a CAADC or on a development plan working toward the certification.
